Here at FAS GmbH, I have the opportunity to get involved in various interesting projects for different car manufacturers and to help shape the vehicle of the future. The challenges that arise can be managed very well thanks to the relaxed and easy-going cooperation with colleagues and the flexible organisation of the working day.

Working at FAS is an exciting experience with dynamic tasks and a supportive, friendly environment from managers and colleagues. The flexible working hours allow me to balance work and family life effectively, making it an ideal place to grow both professionally and personally.

In project work at FAS, there is a good mix of work on the PC and "tinkering" with the vehicle on site. The latter is also sometimes necessary at the customer's site, which can involve travelling abroad. Another positive aspect is that the company has very flat hierarchies, which means that you can make a lot of decisions yourself in consultation with the customer and can therefore take on responsibility very quickly.

How can I apply?

If you have found a suitable job offer or if you see yourself in several roles, you can click directly on the button "Apply now"! You can then enter your data and upload documents directly online.

What documents should I submit with my application?

Your CV is a good start, but we would be happy to hear more about you in a covering letter. Other documents such as certificates and references help us to further assess your qualifications.

What can I expect in the interview?

First and foremost, we want to get to know you and give you a closer look at our work and the position. We do not rely on standardised procedures, but on an exchange at eye level.

Why are there two interviews?

If you and we have a good feeling after a 30-minute telephone interview, a personal interview will follow. This way we can find out together if we are a good match.

Can I apply for more than one position?

If you are interested in more than one position, we will find out together in the interviews which project suits you better.

Should I still apply even if I don't meet all the job requirements?

You don't have to have done everything and have experience in all the points described in the role. What is important is that you enjoy getting to grips with new tasks and that you have a suitable base of experience and the right mindset.
