Here at FAS GmbH, I have the opportunity to get involved in various interesting projects for different car manufacturers and to help shape the vehicle of the future. The challenges that arise can be managed very well thanks to the relaxed and easy-going cooperation with colleagues and the flexible organisation of the working day.

Working at FAS is an exciting experience with dynamic tasks and a supportive, friendly environment from managers and colleagues. The flexible working hours allow me to balance work and family life effectively, making it an ideal place to grow both professionally and personally.

In project work at FAS, there is a good mix of work on the PC and "tinkering" with the vehicle on site. The latter is also sometimes necessary at the customer's site, which can involve travelling abroad. Another positive aspect is that the company has very flat hierarchies, which means that you can make a lot of decisions yourself in consultation with the customer and can therefore take on responsibility very quickly.

I am happy about the relaxed working atmosphere, the nice colleagues and the good cooperation at FAS; as well as being able to contribute to this. I find working on future-oriented vehicle features, such as Remote Park Assist, very interesting and challenging. Working closely with customers helps me to constantly improve my understanding of the development of such features! Being able to take the prototype driving licence and drive prototypes in everyday work is an extra bonus!
